Can anyone out there help a complete moron learn how to create a VCD. I have an Athlon T-Bird processor 512 mb of ram a DVD Rom drive and a CDRW drive. What software should I use? How do I go about doing it. Where the hell do I begin? Somebody PLEASE help. Obviously I'm new to this, but any help you can give will be greatly appreciated.
