My cousin just got his Creative Zen Vision M (30GB version) for Xmas. All went well till he switched it on today, and the screen isnt working correctly. The screen seems as if it has a white cover over it, but you can still see the picture. At certain times there are stripes on the screen where the colouration is different! Can you help!?
