crossflashed SONY DW-D22A to a LITE-ON SOHW-1653S, now it won't work

    I think i might have a problem.

    I crossflashed my SONY DVD RW DW-D22A drive to a LITE-ON DVDRW SOHW-1653S and now it won't recognise any CD's or DVD's.

    Please help, thanks
