Crystal Chip 2.0Pro

Sorry if this is available info else where but search was dead end. Anyway, I have a PSTwo v.14 modded w/ a CC2.0 chip, will it support dual layer backup DVDs? I have F/W 29 installed, do I need to "patch" anything or is it ready to go? I just know the basics as to how these chips work, I rarely go into the BM.

I think every chip but the DMS4 Pro you need to patch the ISO with Toxic DL Patcher for playing dual layer back ups.

Thanks for the reply and the link. I downloaded it and I'll check it out first chance I get.

 

Update, turns out CCPro 2.0 auto patches the ISO so, I just burned the ISO onto a DL DVD and off I went. Way cool! Not to bash everyone who rebuilds ISOs but this is way easier.

 

hopefully this works with a v7 ps2.
