My com1 one is working fine. I did the loopback test with pin 2 and 3 which I use a rs-232 straight cable. So basically, I narrow it down to my coolsat 5000 platinum. I get the "Connect your receiver and turn it on" error with my cs loader. Standby light is bright red I can still do the factory reset which I feel like I've done a million times. I've tried the hard flash by hitting the back switch and hitting connect the same time. I really don't know what's wrong. I could be doing some of the process wrong but basically I've look and research as much as I can. I also tried setting the port setting bps to 115200 which didn't work either. Please Help! If you see a red light on front panel next to the display it means your stb is turned off. Turn on front button and you should be able to load bin.
