I'm having problems now that I never had before. All of the sudden I have a pop up that says CSS Encrypted on ever DVD I try to burn. I've looked over the support forum and read about others that had the same problem and tried the fixes that they were told and still nothing. The DVD's are not scratched and I've tried over and over to play the movie in Power DVD for a few minutes then start DVD X PLATINUM and it will not work. What else could be causing this?
    I have DVD X COPY PLATINUM 4.0.3.8

I've tried to play the dvd in power dvd then start platinum and still get the css popup.
For some reason my dvd's won't play in media player or ati without skipping or cutting out. Could what ever is causing that have something to do with it?

Can you post your system specs? O/S, processor, ram, HD, free HD space, and which file system(fat32 or ntfs)?

That happened to me on my 321 products before, although I am currently using Shrink and Decrypter, I did correct it by uninstalling the software and re-installing it. (As I always say, whenever you download a program, always save it to disk, as you will never know when you need it.)

Just out of curiousity, have you installed other DVD/CD copy software lately? this creates havoc sometimes with 321 products.

Is this the only thing you've tried?

Yes, ever forum I've looked at about this says to play the DVD then start Platinum, and also said to check to see if there scratched.

I have installed a Karaoke Program that has a player called KBPlayer to play the Karaoke. Could that be it?

Well, as oneacer suggested ... I would first try uninstalling and re-installing.

Well that worked. I can't believe I didn't do that a long time ago. Thanks
Should I download the DVD X PLATINUM RF
Or is 4.0.3.8 Better? what is the shrink and decrypter?

If you can, yes download RF. The browse button works in Platinum RF, so you can burn movies(video_ts files) that are saved on your HD. And with 321rip it becomes a ripper again :)

Two excellent free programs. You should try them. Hopefully your using Windows 2000 or XP and using NTFS file system, because Decrypter will only burn ISO's.

How do I find out if I am using NTFS Files.
Are these the links for Shrink and Decrypter.
How do I know if I can download RF version, and where do I go.

Open "my computer", right click your local disk and click properties.

    Yes.

Check dvdxcopy.com and log in. If it's unavailable you'll have to e-mail support@321studios.com, give them your current license and password, [bold]and ask them to issue you a new ripper free license[/bold].

I installed PLATINUM RF. How do I put 321Rip in there to make it ripper?
