CTRL + Shift with Left/Right not working

    I seem to be having a problem high lighting words holding CTRL + shift with left or right keys. Can anyone help me resolve this problem?

    Same thing on both sides of the keyboard? With all combinations of ctrl + shift?

    Try uninstallting your keyboard under keyboards in device manager, with some usb keyboards it might appear in the human interfaces devices or usb controllers sections. Then reboot using your mouse, let it install again and check.
