    what software do you need to read a cue file

    NotePad.....

    A Cue is Just a Notepad File with Information as to were the Bin file is so without the Bin file the Cue File is Useless....

    the Bin/Cue Format is a CD/DVD Image Format so what you do with Bin/Cue files is Burn them to CD/DVD...You can Burn them useing Nero or you can open the Bin/Cue with something like "ISO buster"....
