Customer Feedback Section with Dreamweaver

So, I am working on creating a website with Dreamweaver and I was wondering if its possible to create a customer feedback page with dreamweaver. Also, is it possible to add a feedback section like Newegg has on every product? I know it will be a ton of work but, I feel it would be worth it.

Of course it's possible, but you'll need to learn how to work with Flash, and maybe some PHP.

 

OK, I guess I will have to google for some tuts on flash and php. If you know of any good tutorials for the feedback thing please let me know.
