Customized home screen!

Does anybody knows where to download one.I tried the quide but just don't understand it!I searched in google but no luck.

Only download themes for your firmware, if you want to use flash0 themes then make a backup of the whole of your flash0 before you start (Make sure to display hidden files and folders and unhide protected operating system files beforehand).

its strange this never caught on the date on the page is october 2007 and it recommends really old cfw i have never seen this before either any graphic artists up for the challange to piss sony off a litte more and have every psp in america running a full custom xmb couldn't be to hard to make a better setup lol
