cutting videos

    hi, i need a program to cut the ads out of my recorded mpeg2 files and create a file that can be burned as a svcd. can anyone help me please?

    ...according to some users, there are some issues with the latest version of DV-Tool, so you might want to try to get the old copy of the tool from the author if possible.

    i also want to make 1 mpeg out of 2, does this program support this?
