I am doing a clean install of xp pro from pro, i've used 3 diffeent cd's and i get cyclic redundancy checks on all of them. all of the cds are clean, as a matter of fact, i've had cd's more scratched up before and it went fine.
You are going to have to replace your cd/dvd drive. Google CRC Error while copying files off a cd, it will explain all. Out
it's cool i got it. i just got a different copy of xp, and updated the bios for my motherboard thanks!!
