cyclic redundancy error

    I am trying to make a backup of Catch Me If You Can. I have tried DVD Shrink, CloneDVD2, and DVD Decrypter. All of these give me a cyclic redundancy error when trying to copy. Has anyone had any luck with this movie? If so how do I fix this problem...

    Sounds like you may have a bad press. Try cleaning it off and try again. It may help. If not you will probably need to exchange it for a new one.
    I had no problems - used Decrypter/Nero probably - it's been awhile so not sure.

    Thanks for your help. Seems mine is to far gone to make a backup. Will fined another.
