hi got 1 of these for xmas but i cant get any files on to it. when i transfer my files they show up when it is plugged in to my computer but when i try to watch them on my tv there is no files on the hdd anybody got one of these and can help me thanks
Just a guess, but I imagine they all show up when plugged to your computer...but when you try to watch them on your TV...the device will only show files that it supports, or can play...so nothing shows up because your using a format not supported by whatever device you're trying to use. That's just a guess though.
hiya first of all it may take your pc a while to find the drive, and scan it to see if there is anything on it. what you have to do is format the driver first, you should have gotten a disk to let u do so in the box. When that is done create 3 folders on the drive MOVIES MUSIC PHOTO. then copy in your files to the corresponding folder. connect to tv, gp to folder and presto ( i hope thats what I did )
