hi there guys,,great site, lots of answers. i couldnt find a answer for what im going through.. I have a couple movies, they came with subs, one is a korean movie and one is russian, both have Bulgarian subs, but they both look like this ---Ãîñïîäèí ×àíã, àêî îáè÷àòå,
íàïðàâåòå èçÿâëåíèå!---,,heck every subtitle thats not english looks like that,,anyway i have been trying to get my pc to display cyrillic,I would like to open the file and not see the vowel language, I have tryed lots of programs but since none of them save the file in cyrillic when i open it its back to vowels,,i would like to learn how to translate the text to english, heck im surprised there isnt a program that can just open the file and translate it and save it(wishful thinking). confusing i know,,but im sure theres someone out there that can help me.. THANK YOU in advance

I believe, and I'm not sure about this, that you'll have to get the language packs that will display those sorts of characters.

I don't know much about that process, though, because I haven't personally added any language fonts to my PC.

You could try asking this in one of the PC/Windows(/Mac if you have that/Linux if that) boards; you'll probably get more help there. I dunno. Just throwing it out there.
