D 550C LOST CHANNELS

    I need some urgent help!
    I have lost all my channels on my dreambox 500c and can not seem to get them back. I am having to watch boring basic channels with no porn or sports channels

    What do I do???

    Restart the emu via blue pannel or reboot the box.

    Thanks for the help but I don't know much about these boxes. What is the emu? and if I reboot it will I lose all the software?
