D Box 2- Pay Channels Gone- Surrey

hello

just to let you know all my channels have gone on my and my mothers Dbox too.(except terrestrial).

i have rebooted and re scanned but no joy.there are no service problems in my area.

hope this isnt the start of the war on these boxes.

hope they will come back soon.

had my box for 3 years and never had this problem since i first plugged it in. my contact came round and plugged it into his laptop and ran a program and it worked. im trying to contact him.

can anyone else help.not very good at this sort of thing but willing to give it a go.

 

mines is scanning now, update if channels come back. was saying transponder scan failed before, hopefully get luck this time.
