has anybody had problems with the d box 2,i have plugged mine in and it came up with,error no channels found.i then ran a service scan and still has no channels,any ideas???
If your nets on so should the telly if there on same connection Try ringin 150 and listen to the message Check your cable feed..........Paul
THANKS FOR COMING BACK TO ME PAUL,MY NET IS WORKING AND I HAVE PLUGGED MY CABLE BACK INTO TELEWEST/VIRGIN BOX WHICH IS WORKING FINE.DO YOU THINK THE D BOX IS FAULTY?
What options do you have for 'Service Provider' when you try a scan? You should have Symb6887, Symb6953 and possible Bruteforce as an option. If not then you need to have a UK image flashed onto your DBox. These are the options I would try: Scan for Services : TV & Radio Bouquet : Update Existing Cable Provider : Bruteforce Fast Scan : Off It will take awhile but you will know if it is working because it give you an update on the TV & Radio channels it has picked it.
