D Box -3 hrs trying to fix!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been asked to fix a D box 500 and my head is spinning!!!!!

Euro vox, digi vox and starviews are simple to fix but this D Box has beaten me.

I Have downloaded software Gemini. DW dream etc and getting nowhere.

Can someone kindly take me through it. Where does the software have to go?
