d box no chanels

    hi bigdunk last year my box went off and i brought it to you and you had it fixed with in the hour you put commando 8 on it and its been sound but yesterday was watching it with my daughter and screen went blank getting bbc and itv but no sports ect tryed rescaning it changing the cam and then rescaning but still no sports ect can you help

    virgin are changing the keylist daily at the moment so hang in there
    theres nothing wrong with your box.
