D BOX PROBLEM WITH BOOT NET FAIL

    hi all the d box 2(sagem) is doing my head in i need to flash it and it just keeps telling me of a boot net fail please help or its going out of the window (i might not even open it)many thanks

    Something is blocking the network.
    Disable winxp firewall, disable any anitvirus software, set the network card to 10baseT half duplex, set a fixed IP for the network card, check if you really use a crossover network cable and so on.
