d box

hi got d box.
been in attic for a year
put it back on only getting a few channels can you help
tried pressing blue twice then red then green then hold
coming up with channel error
can you help please

the box is getting some channels i am not gettingsome sky movies
or sky sports one
i would like to be able to get these channels back on
would appreciate any help

yes both

 

If you have a EPG for channels
try the box direct to the wall
Or remove all splitters and attenuators
if that dont work try the Booster.......Paul
