It will just need a wireless interface either fitted or connected to it, if you plan to remotely connect to the wireless router.
Otherwise if you plan to connect directly, just use the PC ethernet connector to connect to one of the routers 4 ethernet ports.
Be aware that that router is only capable of 22Mb transfer, latest ones are capable of 108Mb.

You only need wireless connections for each computer if they are both at a distance from the router which makes using an Ethernet cable out of the question.
If one can be located next to the router, and one away from it, then they can both connect over the different media.
Similarly they can both connect over cable or wireless, as long as the router is set up correctly.
Presuming you end up with both PCs connecting over wireless, then you have various easy options to allow the connection.
You can install PCI cards with external stub antennas, these antenna can be swapped out for better ones which can be located some distance away from the PC, connected by a long coax cable, these will give you a better chance to locate them for optimal reception.
Otherwise they make USB dongle type units, which connect to a USB port.
These usually are either small units the same size as pen drive storage units, or can be larger units the size of a cigarette packet which have a normal USB cable connecting them, these again give you a better chance of locating for optimal reception.
The costs vary on where you get them and how good you want them to be.
They will all work with our unit as long as they support 802.11b wifi protocol. This will allow them to connect to your router at 11MB.
The unit will work at 22MB, but this will be via a proprietary protocol, so to get that speed, you will need D-Link units with that speed built into it.
Also it depends on where you are located, as I am in the UK, I can always provide links to good reliable sites I use here, but for elsewhere hopefully someone else can jump in with some suggestions.
Linksys Wireless-G USB Network Adapter would be my suggestion for an easy to setup and future proof adaptor. It is good quality as Linksys are made by Cisco, and is 54Mb so will work if you upgrade the router at a later date. (It is backwards compatible with 11Mb).
These cost about £28 at Ebuyer in UK but may be cheaper somewhere else.
Product code is Mfr #: WUSB54GP-UK
