d/loaded movie, when extracting files it says " No Archives Found"

    I downloaded a movie and when i go to extract the files it says " No Archives Found" PLS help, I can see that there is 4 Gigs taken from the movie but i cant Extract It!!!!

    Make sure WinRAR is up-to-date. Also, have you had a look at the stickied guide at the top of the forum?
