I order a 4gb for 26 bucks. One problem was that didn't get what I orded. I got a sony instead of sandisk and I think that it is only like a 512mb. The only good thing is that they accidently sent me two. Unless it was just a way of keeping me quite. Maybe I'll just sell the other one one craigslist cause It's un opened.

I bet there fake as well. You have to be very carefull buying cards from ebay. Theres to many fake sony cards on there. If its cheap its usually to good to be true

If it doesn't match the auction description, you can get ebay and/or paypal involved and demand a refund. And give them some negative feedback to boot so that other people watch out for them.

i agree...why are you complaining here? Just complain at paypal in the resolution center and you'll get you're refund. Either the seller doesn't reply you and paypal will give you the refund and you keep these two 512mb sticks or either he'll refund you.

Have you contacted the seller? Maybe they made a mistake - you never know. I'd start there along with leaving feedback on the seller about your experience.

I'll move this thread to all other topics - a bit more appropriate :)

Then you have to try claim a file through ebay. Ebay has a maxiumum 300$ policy & exchange. I always paid through paypal because it has WAY more protection.

Do you get to keep the two cards or is it a complete refund?

I've had pretty raunchy luck with small electronic devices from ebay. I've found it much easier to just stick with tigerdirect.com or newegg.com and buy the small stuff new with no worries.
