I have the chameleon le sp&e chip flashed with the evox M7 ef bios, with the chip set to mode 4 and it all worked fine. I replaced the hard drive with a 250gig after backing up the C+E folders, copied them onto the 250 and it works fine when i boot up with the chip on, but when i try to boot it up without the chip on i get the xbox needs technical support screen, it looks to me like the xboxdash files are there, but any help is appretiated. thanks

I think it might be a problem with your HDD key file. If you search past posts for seamonkeys guides, he has a page about chnging the HDD. Check you did everything he suggests.

You need to lock the harddrive... look on www.xbox-scene.com under tutorials for info on how to make a boot disc of evox to lock the HDD
