I'm trying to connect (for the first time) my NEC 616 mobile to my computer via the USB connection. Windows searches for the appropriate driver and can't find one. The cable is the correct one but didn't come with any driver software - I didn't think this was needed anyway for a plug-and-play device. Anyone have a solution? Thanks.
go to the manu web site maybe you can download the drives also you can go into the control panel under new hardware or try device manager [in control panel under system]try to install manually
