does it matter if i burn VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS using data dvd or video dvd? does it make a differnece?i tryed burning it with video dvd using nero but it does open the files. it gets to 90% and just stops. i have burned dvds using data dvd and it played on my dvd player but it doesn't play on my cousins dvd player nor my other cousins dvd player. i even tryed it on my friends it just doesn't work. so i was wondering if it matters if i burn using Data dvd or Video dvd? Thanx for any help

You should use dvd-video to make it video complaint. What happens at 90% - is the burn failing?

Which part of Nero are you using? Express, Recode, Nero Vision etc?

editted to add: Which version of Nero are you using also - like Nero 7.0.8.3 or Nero 6.6.0.18.

You don't need Nero Vision for DVD compliant video. If you only need to burn there is the Burning ROM and Express, for transcoding there is Recode, which burns the finished output. I suggest you use the format for what you have, video for video and data for data. Nero Vision is handy for the AVI conversions.
