Haven't really seen a definative response on the forum. Have a Dbox (sagem) works fine in a mates house, but doesn't in mine. Have checked signal by using eurovox and starview - all seem to work perfect. On the Dbox however, it's constantly freezing. Any ideas?
If it works in one house and not another sounds like a signal problem, (yes I know you said other boxes are fine). What is it like from the direct feed? Have you tried different Ucodes? Also post what it says for BER, SIG and SNR please.
