Dbox has lost all channels

Hi,

I was happily watching cable tv one night when next day, i had lost all channels. when i turn it on with the Andromeda image, it says No Channels Found. When I try and do a rescan, the only provider option I get is Netherlands and I cant change it.

I suppose I need new services.xml, bouquets.xml and ubouquets.xm files?

Please can anyone advise?

provider is Cable Deuthschland that cannot be changed. Im in central england.

 

Of course it can with the correct cables.xml. I would advise reflashing with a new or backup image.

 

where can i get the cables.xml file?

 

have got the cables.xml in the zapit directory and its contains the 6952, 6887 and brute force entries with transponder info....

 

Your cable.xml is fine, but as your scan has defaulted to Kabel I would suggest reflashing with a new or backup image.

Havent had Andromeda on for a while but you could set your location again and see if that sorts it.

 

can u advise which img is best to use and where its located?
