   i brought the sagem dbox 2 of someone and after 4 months cant get any channels except the free ones my virgin box gets i dont understand flash this and keys that can anyone talk me through it in basic language step step guide how get the channles back, can go to them but blank screen and red box at bototm of tv says n/a hheeelpppppp as im all new to this.
