dbox help

hi all i am new to this what it is i have a nokia dbox 2 with sporster
on it all working fine but all channals went of exept normal ones i think needs flashing so i have got a disk full of dbox data with images on and lot more but i dont now how put to computer
are if it is easy as clicking on an image and it just sends so if can help please do thanks

 

Shut down your dbox, unplug, wait a little bit and replug.
Switch to a scrambled channel and wait for the autoupdate.

 

hi done that still no luck still just bbc 1 2 itv and 4

 

If you are unlucky you have to wait a few minutes for the key autoupdate.
Switch to a scrambled channel and let the dbox alone.
