Hi, I have a DBOX and have two main issues with the box. Channels such as Sky Sports always seem to skip or have a lag, especially on a Saturday...does anyone know why this is? Some other channels skip but no where as bad. Also, I have a narrator talking on some channels and for the life of me I can't turn it off. I've searched Google but what ever I try the narrator option does not appear to be there. Any tips/ideas would be great. Thanks. Woz
