dbox

hi all
i am new to this
what it is i have a nokia dbox 2 with sposter on it
i have no problam at mo but aweek ago lost all channals
and the guy that does it charge me alot so i bought a disk of
aution site with loads stuff for dbox i just dont now how connect to
computer and flash box on disk it has sposter commando and loads diffrent files hope an help as this guy ripping me of
