i have a laptop on vista and it's just started giving me the error message: "DCOM Server Process Launcher Terminated Unexpectedly" and "Plug and Play service Terminated Unexpectedly" upon startup and then it reboots. i've lost the windows vista disc,, is there any other way to repair this?? i've tried scanninf for virus's with avg and also used malwarebytes with no find off anything??
moved to correct forum as not a pc hardware issue. if vista was preloaded when you bought it then should have a recovery partition on hard drive to reload vista back to factory defaults.
