dct-3 ordct-4 how do i tell nokia 6102b

    how do i find out if my phone is a dct-3 or a dct-4 and can i flash my phone or do i have to send it to someone

    It is DCT 4 and will require sending to someone or taking it to someone unless you want to pay $200.00 to $300.00 for the stuff to do it.
