Is this even possible? I have been looking all over the net and no dedicated programs for this. I have video files from P2P programs in .mpg formats that I want to put on VCD format. How do I go about this?
Just to clarify original message, I want to state that when I tried to get the file "VCD- ready" using TMPGEnc it rejected it as some illegal or unknown format. It is a MPEG-1 29.97 fps 320 X 240. Was there some settings I may have overlooked? Thanks
