Please remove the drive and get the exact model number off it. Don't give the information Windows is telling you, sometimes its wrong. The information you supplied brings up nothing. I think you also have the maker name spelled wrong. First place to look would be ebay then search the web for it. -Del
Yes laptop manufacturer is helpful but you will find that you can get the part much cheaper by its model number. Sometimes it is possible to locate that number with the knowledge of the laptop maker. Example. Lets say the screen is cracked. you search for a HP whatever and find the screen for about $400. Or you open the case get the maker and model number off the screen. Search for it that way and find the screen for $200. That Cd-ROM is used in many different makes and models of laptops. That's why it is cheaper to locate it by its model number not the lap top maker. -Del
i know that but a lot of newbies don't know what they are doing so might be better if bought & fixed at place of purchase!!
