Dead dvd drive?

    Sup, my friend dropped his ps2 on concrete from a 1 foot fall, it was fell from the bottom of the door of his van. He said whenever he plays a game, it skips then freezes. What could possibly had happened?

    Knowing that the console took a fall I would suspect that the alignment is off on the DVD reader.

    That was what i suspected, any way to fix the alignment?
