Dead EV08, no lights.

    Lads,
    I have a genuine EV08 that has stopped working. No lights are visible and i have checked the power lead ansdits fine. Can this box be jtagged or is it only boxes that are stuck on standby that can be fixed??

    Sorry I am only in and back out :) Yes it can be jtagged but I would check the C14 capacitor on the PSU board for any bulging/leakage. After that you may try a the jtag route.

    TMC do jtags for all models, complete with instructions, firmware, TSOPs etc for £15 plus P&P.
