Debug problem

    Hi, I am having a problem on my laptop. There are a few programs that this has happened to. Ad-Adware SE and winRAR. When I open it, it gives me a error message, which gives me the options of: Debug, Cancel, or ok, i've clicked all 3 options before and nothing ever works. I'll try it over and over again and it still won't work. I'll even re-install the programs, still don't work.

    Help please!
