I'm a newbie was think about buying a starview box and was just wondering if they come with abuild in decoder like the Eurovox Max box ur can u download them +if so were can u do so.Is there any box available that decoder+able to record like s*y+ box+ very quick changing channels.Please replay anyone all info need+welcome
