when you use decrypter and dvd shrink does nero use vision express or nero express to burn dvd's....col...
when using shrink, you have option to burn with nero. thats what i have checked it uses nero to burn. after encoding the nero burn engine opens to complete it if that makes sense? as for what progam all i see listed is nero express on mine

Nerovision Express is made to turn a movie or whatever you want to record into a dvd. In the white box you add what you want, author it the way you want it, and after that is done you can preview it before you burn it to make sure that you like what you have got.
