Deep Analysis Not Avalible in Recode?

    The deep analysis options is not available to be checked, it is just grayed out. Any ideas why? It worked fine a second ago?

    EDIT: Is it only supposed to show up when I am importing the video TS folder off my hard drive as this was the only way i could get it enabled.
