Degraded Graphics on mod-chip

Do we get the same quality of graphics from the mod- chip too??Because nfs-carbon looks prtty good on PC but not so good on my PS2(with a mod-chip)

 

Modchips don't affect graphics. Unless you have a NSTC PS2 and playing PAL games or the other way around. Some games have better graphics on computer than the ps2 versions.

 

wat is with those thin line on the screen of the TV when we play games on PS2??
