I bought nero 7 some time ago, at a computer show. I didn't not get what I was suppose to get, but I'm just finding this out now.
I just tried using it again, after about a years lay off. My suppose to be full version, turns out to be a trial version, that I can't get to work. So I downlaoded a new update version to up grade it, and it won't work. It says my trial has expired. So I deleted it and tried again. Still didn't work, even with a new serial number.
I tried the company, and after a lot of run around, they were no help. So after weeks, of run around and getting no where. Because I was suppose to be a pirite. I got up the cash again and bought another version. I want to find out how to get rid of every last trace, of the old version. I don't need, or want any more headache. Help me please

google would tell you to download and run the nero clean tool.

Aldan, I ran the add/delete program, then ran a file search. I got 60 hits for related files. I then downloaded nero clean, and ran that. Then I did another file search, I still got 20 hits. One of which I real want to get rid of. The old serial number is still there. Some place call ahead updates

CCleaner is good, as is Norton WinDoctor.
