I made a folder called "Junk" to place a bunch of folders that I wanted to remove and some library files from my copy of Windows 7. After removing the library from my navigation pane and rebooting the folder came back. So I did scans with microsoft security esscentials, spybot s&d, malwarebytes anti-malware and ccleaner . nothing showed. And the folder still came back. Does anyone know of a way to keep it gone?

You have to delete the file before you can delete the folder. If the file has an attribute of read only, or hidden sys file you have right click on the file and change the attribute.
