deleted my xbox dash oooo noooo-[help]

I used FlashFXP and screwed up bad
I deleted my xbox dash [everything on the c partition] but I have the files backed up on my computer
I also deleted my linux gamesave for splinter cell but replaced it only to find out that you need to use the xbox dash for that because I couldn't load the account
I now need to hotswap I guess but if any one has an alternative I would love to hear it
