I just bought one today and did this: You need to use your computer to organize and maintain the '250 for most tasks. The '250 has two modes for working with the computer. MSC mode - acts more like a hard disk. MTP mode - for working strictly with the computer's player to apply songs and synch playlists. Get the '250 into MSC mode through it's Settings Menu. Start Windows Explorer and then connect the '250 to the USB port. When it is identified, you'll see a Sansa icon >>and<< a Removeable Drive in Windows Exploder. I went to the removeable and saw a ton of folders practically one for each song which I don't quite understand the reason for all this structure yet. (I'm sure there's a good reason..) Anyway, you can now treat the '250 like a thumb drive, deleting to your heart's content with right clicks, etc.

    Try it! It's pretty easy...

whftheherb, I posted something about the MicroSD card in another thread and you mentioning the MSC mode turned on a light bulb lol. Thanks man, now I can put music on my MicroSD card and use the Sansa for TourettesGUY videos lol.
