dell 8300n

    i have a dell 8300n, if oyu couldnt tell, i want to upgrade to an "after-market" case. my qusetion is... is it possible? and how do i get the old one off?

    Well, you unscrew all the components and put them in a static-free environment (i.e. not on a carpet or bed or any fabric) and don't touch any of the electronics only the outside of the boards. Grab your new case and start attaching. Do you need guidance on reinstalling the devices?
    Also, be prepared for a bodge, Dell PCs are engineered to stop people doing this, so they'll have funny edges to cause you grief.
